I'd like to thank all the staff for a beautiful and lovely holiday, my mum and I have been going to Benadorm for over ten years now and we've been in quite a few hotels and the Flash is the best, we are definitely going back next year. The room lovely and clean, pool great and all the staff lovely and helpful. The best part for me was the Restaurant food, drinks and staff especially Luciana and George made my holiday. Looking forward to seeing everyone in October next year
Beautiful hotel, nice an clean, lovely food and placed at the end of the main strip of pubs. We were B&B but we were getting picked up at 8am and the breakfast didn't start until 8am so we booked in to have an early breakfast, but only to find that we weren't allowed to have any of the cooked food or the sliced meat & cheeses because they were for the people at 8am� so we had to make do with toast an pastry.

Lovely hotel as expected. I can't fault it. It would have been nice for staff at the bar to tell us to reuse cups to get cheaper top ups by a euro each time. We saw signs on our last day but we know for next time. It would increase sales alot telling people this. A wider selection of food would be nicer at the pool bar.
A special big thank you to Frankie, the entertainer in the pool area. Great with people, passionate in his work. He's the person who has the most regular contact with guests. Hotels need guys like him for good communication. Sad to hear he's leaving so all the best to him in his new journey from me (jolene)
