Myself , my mother and sisters ate here on the first night of our holiday. The food is healthy and gorgeous.The Italian owner, friendly waitress and the lovely chef are all so nice, they all take great pride in the restaurant and it is very well run. Although I'm the only vegan, the four of us ordered vegan food to share and we all loved it. We went back for our meal on the last night too. I'd recommend booking a table even before you leave for your holiday as Fuerteventura can be windy so request a table inside if you like to be cozy. Can't thank you all enough for two great evenings!
Just back from our meal in Sanus tonight. We went twice during our 10 day holiday and we'll definitely be back during our next visit to Corralejo. Being vegan/vegetarian, it's been very difficult to eat during our stay but the menu in Sanus is fantastic and the food is great! The staff are really friendly too with great English. Possibly the best restaurant I have ever been to and I have been to some fabulous ones. Having four separate menus (celiac, vegetarian, vegan & diabetic) is an ingenious idea. We tried dishes from all four and they were all of the highest quality. We were even given a lift home by the owner when we were trapped by the torrential rain. Cannot recommend highly enough. Book in advance as it is extremely popular. ¡Muchas gracias!
