I was served by Sergio. The man made any gastronomical experience I have had so far seem like a stupidity. Coupled with my wife’s exquisite choice made me have the best time. I ate tapas portions of Iberian sausage, chorizo, asparagus with quail eggs, munchego, and a potato omelette in whiskey sauce. Boy was I satisfied, that with a bottle of the local sweet vino made me crazy in love. Well I was already in a great mood being on my honeymoon in this amazing town that is Sevilla, but bodeguita Romero just blew my mind. Thanks Sergio and Juan of melia hotels for the fabulous recommendation.
Cocina genial y buen servicio. Los camareros pendientes de todo siempre a pesar de estar lleno hasta los topes! Y con mucho arte !Sagrado el montadito de pringá. Yo me los llevaría en tupper a casa. La Pavía y la tortilla de camarones (tb sagrado) muy buena. Y la carrillada se deshace en la boca. No se puede ir a Sevilla sin pasar x las bodeguitas Romero.
