Over the past years I've become something of a gelato connoisseur. Perhaps one day I can get free ice cream and do it for a living.
Until then, there have been but a few memorable gelato places on my travels. Unfortunately most places sell machine crap, premade stuff you find in the supermarkets or just something not made right.
Today, I present to you the most amazing ice cream I have ever eaten. Served at the perfect temperature, the feeling of texture - of cream - slithers around your tongue as the natural flavours are released. Not too sweet, yet with rich flavours and natural toppings, it is a delight. This is how gelato should be. Not a single particle of ice. It's actual cream. And it's beautiful.

El helado "galeta de la habuela" : el mejor helado que he visto y comido en todo el Europa. De verdad, es la mejor . Me encanta de volver otra vez a comerla. Hasta nuestro proxima estancia en puerto de Sagunto. �
